Pinguicula primuliflora - Primrose Butterwort

Currently grows in 2.5 inch pot.

Type of Plant: Sub-tropical plant from the states of AL, FL, GA and MS. Good for windowsill growing on cool winter climates.

Size: 3-6 inches wide rosette. Flowers are 1 inches wide

Sunlight: Partial sun. 3 hours minimum direct light. 

Water: Low-mineral water (50 ppm or less).

Soil: Equal parts peat moss, perlite/silica sand and coarse vermiculite 

Temperatures: Above 45 degrees, Household temperatures.

Thrives when kept consistently wet. You can let water lever reach the soil level. Catches fruit flies, gnats etc. small insects. Does not go dormant but can slow down during winter months.

Ships bare-root.
